Shipping costs include logistics handling, postage, packaging and transportation of products. The value depends on the place of shipment and the total amount of the order. The value is calculated automatically based on the value and type of products added to the shopping basket, the value will appear once you complete the purchase.

Orders over €300 will be shipped expenses paid, only to destinations in Spain and Portugal.

For orders to Spain and Portugal, the delivery time is 24 hours. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. The cost of shipping to France is €30 (0-5Kg) and for the countries of the European Union it is €40 (0-5Kg).

If you want, you can place the order and pick it up at our facilities, at no additional cost. You just have to mark: pick up Warehouse, and indicate in which one you would pick up your order. In the event that finally you cannot come to pick up the order and it has to be sent, the corresponding rate will be applied according to the country of destination.

In the hypothetical case that there is any out of stock or punctual unavailability of the product, we will contact you immediately to communicate the new delivery period or, if it is not possible to serve said product, proceed to cancel the order and the refund of the amount. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.
